First Comes Fashion’s goal is to be the leader in live fashion content on the web. We are looking to provide more designer runway video than any other online outlet, and we believe that a dynamic fashion experience can be further enhanced with real-time commentary from the fashion industry’s most notable and recognizable names.
We want to inspire fashion enthusiasts with customizable features that will guarantee an optimal fashion experience.
HISTORY
Launched in September 2010 by the team behind the successful, long-running television cable series, Full Frontal Fashion, First Comes Fashion has featured more than 100 designers from New York’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, as well as the major shows in London, Milan and Paris. The site has garnered millions of impressions since launch and has a faithful following in over 120 countries around the world. First Comes Fashion partners with leading video production and web streaming teams B Productions and In Digital Media;
the industry’s top-ranked suppliers to designers, magazines and venues around the world.

First Comes Fashion is strongly aligned with several sponsor and marketing partnerships. First Republic Bank is a leading sponsor, promoting their involvement through bi-annual Fashion Forums and within distributed print and online materials. Noted talent from Lucky Magazine, Essence, Men’s Health and Harper’s Bazaar are contributors to our site and we actively engage in cross-promotion efforts and events with these publications.
First Comes Fashion also coordinates with Fashion Lincoln Center, sharing some of our exclusive First Comes Fashion original video with their audience.

MANAGEMENT

Nancy Jackson Hodin, Founder, Managing Director.
Hodin runs the operations of First Comes Fashion and directs its business strategy. Prior to coming to First Comes Fashion, Hodin was a founder of the Clarient Group, a multi-discipline experiential design and activation firm. Prior to starting the Clarient Group, Hodin was a senior executive in ITN-NY, directing and marketing a television and internet broadcast studio. As an experienced video producer for broadcast, cable and the internet Hodin has operated her independent production company, H&H Media, for 25 years, as well as worked at Doyle Dane Bernbach and CBS News and Entertainment.

Allison Burton-Parker, Founder, Creative Director.
A noted creative director in the fashion and luxury fields, Allison’s eye provides First Comes Fashion with an elegance and flair that references her deep respect and love of fashion. Allison has been an Art Director in marketing for more than 15 years and her experience spans advertising agencies, design firms and in-house brands. Her work has shaped the advertising and digital campaigns of popular jewelry, fashion, travel and luxury brands. Allison is currently the VP, Creative for Clinique in Asia Pacific and is based in Hong Kong and New York.

Judy Licht, Founder, Editorial Director
As the original creator of Full Frontal Fashion, Judy is a well-known on-air personality whose original vision for the democratization of high fashion is the foundation of this business. Prior to Full Frontal Fashion, Licht was the feature correspondent for WABC-TV’s Eyewitness News, specializing in spotting trends in food, fashion and foibles and delivering them in the signature style that sparked her popular following throughout the NY area. Licht also served as anchor for news broadcasts in New York and Kansas City.

Robert Verdi, Founder, Content Director.
A nationally honored fashion stylist and reporter, as well as the creator of his own namesake cable show, Robert’s creativity defines the unique appeal of the site. As one of the founders of Full Frontal Fashion, Verdi has gone on to be the host of Fashion Police, numerous appearances on the Today Show, The View, Regis & Kelly, as well as to run a highly successful brand marketing business from his uniquely curated Luxe Laboratory.

Cynthia (Cindy) Lewis, General Manager Sponsorship & Advertising Sales.
Cindy works closely with clients to identify custom sponsorship/advertising opportunities that uniquely respond to their respective online branding and marketing objectives. Cindy's stellar career in publishing, highlighted by her position as VP/Publisher Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar and Shop Etc., ensures a distinguished level of professional contacts and business experience. In addition, Lewis recently served as President of Latina Media Ventures, and presently operates CLR Marketing and Sales, a private consulting company engaged with major publications.
